Our Return Policy

At Level Supprinting, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we're here to help.

We Accept Returns For:

  • Defective products
  • Damaged items during shipping
  • Incorrect orders (our error)
  • Products not matching specifications

Cannot Be Returned:

  • Custom-designed products
  • Personalized items
  • Products with your artwork
  • Orders approved after proof review

Return Process

Contact Us Within 14 Days

Report any issues with your order within 14 days of delivery. Contact our customer service team with your order number and details of the issue.

Provide Documentation

Take clear photos of the damaged or defective product, including the packaging. This helps us assess the issue quickly and process your return.

Return Authorization

Once approved, we'll send you a return authorization number and prepaid shipping label for defective items. Package the product securely with all original materials.

Refund or Replacement

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund or ship a replacement. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.

Refund Policy

Refund Methods

Refunds are processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. This typically takes 5-7 business days to appear in your account.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted for items that are returned opened or with signs of use, or for orders where only some items are defective.

Shipping Costs

We cover return shipping costs for defective or damaged items. For other returns, shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable.

Cancellations & Modifications

You can cancel or modify your order under the following conditions:

  • Before Production: Orders can be cancelled or modified within 2 hours of placement at no charge.
  • During Production: Once production begins, changes cannot be made. You may cancel with a 50% cancellation fee.
  • After Production: Completed orders cannot be cancelled but may be returned under our return policy.

Quality Guarantee

We're committed to delivering high-quality printed products. If your order doesn't meet our quality standards or match the approved proof, we'll reprint it at no additional cost. Simply contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

Damaged Shipments

If Your Package Arrives Damaged:

  1. Do not refuse the package - accept it and note the damage
  2. Take photos of the damaged packaging before opening
  3. Photograph all damaged items
  4. Contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos
  5. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund
